The role involves full time engagement with a significant, market leading, Internet Retailer Client and involves developing their building template program for deployment across Europe and the Middle East. You will be a Design Manager, assisting the Client''s team in development of efficient and economical standardized buildings. You will review Design Change Requests (DCRs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) from in-flight projects and will interact daily with internal stakeholders, external architects, engineers, and technical consultants to increase the efficiency and efficacy of the building design program, develop standards and produce high quality documentation.
