Contracts Manager position dealing with professional roofing new build and refurbishment services for commercial and industrial propertiesManaging all aspects of the contracts from the tender stage all the way through to the completionMonitoring all site activity; organising all site workers, collating risk assessments and carrying out health and safety checksOrganising the delivery of all materials that will be needed on site and ensuring they arrive on timeKeeping all works moving smoothly and ensuring that project deadlines are adhered to, whilst maintaining project cost plansLiaising with clients and providing reports for the projectAttending pre-contract meetings and progress meetings with clientsManaging pre-contract planning and liaison with estimatorsMaintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislationWorking on projects ranging in value up to £5,000,000Ideal applicant / Qualifications

Must have management experience within the roofing market sectorKnowledge of built-up felt, hot-melt and/or single-ply flat roofing, and pitched roofing systemsIdeally experience in MOD, Government and County Council frameworksPreference is someone who has worked their way up from an Installer of flat roofing systemsSound understanding of Health and Safety legislationPositive attitude with a willingness to learnResilient individual who can deal with queries in a professional mannerExcellent communication across all levels both written and verbalIT literate (Microsoft Office)Full UK driving licenseCompany and Additional Information
