They are looking for a Director of Backend Development to lead a 200+ team to enhace their backend capabilities and platforms, where they develop applications using Python, Golang or Java. You will be heading up the entire backend operation and need to have experience leading at least 100+ teams in the past!This role is fully remote although they have a number of offices across Europe if you wanted to relocate.
