What youll be doing:As

Events Sales Manager , youll be the driving force behind wedding sales. From initial enquiry to the couples big day, youll guide clients through every step while coordinating closely with the events and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.Your role will include:Managing wedding enquiries, showrounds, and client meetings

Converting leads into confirmed bookings with a personal touch

Building strong relationships with couples and industry suppliers

Leading and supporting a small on-site sales team

Stepping in operationally when needed

from breakfast prep to bar support

What were looking for:Were keen to speak with candidates who bring

event catering

experience (rather than hotel backgrounds) and a flexible, team-oriented mindset. Youll need to be just as comfortable closing a sale as you are helping out on a busy day.Youll thrive if you:Have event or wedding catering experience
