You’ll be leading a close-knit operational team, including officers, operatives, and supervisors, all working towards a shared goal of environmental sustainability and service excellence.Responsibilities

Lead and manage in-house waste teams at Torr Depot, including officers, operatives, and supervisors to deliver high-quality waste services.Motivate and support teams to work effectively in challenging, pressurised environments.Ensure health and safety practices are followed and promote a safe working environment.Work autonomously with strong organisational skills to coordinate activities and meet targets.Qualifications

Experience managing teams in the waste industry or a related field.Ability to lead under pressure and communicate effectively with staff at all levels.Strong organisational skills and sound health and safety knowledge.Confident, proactive, and capable of operating autonomously.How to apply
