People very rarely leave this company, making this role very rare.Your new role Reporting to a senior Director, you will be running the finance function for the Devon site. Your new job will involve : Financial Management: Maintain bank records, prepare monthly accounts, yearly budgets, cash flow summaries, and manage payroll and tax reports.Administrative Duties: Handle company secretary responsibilities, manage healthcare/dental schemes, death in service schemes, and insurance cover.Collaboration: Work with the Managing Director and other employees on energy procurement, financial constraints, and continuous improvement.Human Resources: Manage staff scheduling, training, disciplinary procedures, and ensure compliance with employment and health and safety legislation.Quality and Efficiency: Develop systems and procedures for operational efficiency, participate in quality audits, and promote ethical practices and corporate culture.What you''ll need to succeed Professional Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with over 3 years in senior finance roles.Strong knowledge of UK financial regulations, tax laws, accounting standards.High level proficiency
