The business was established by its founder shareholders in February 2014. Following the exchange of contracts on 20th December 2016 between RAFs shareholders and Arbuthnot Latham and Co., Limited (AL), and subsequent regulatory approval, RAF became a wholly owned subsidiary of AL in April 2017.
