Job description Starting on 16th July, AD-HOC dates up until 18th August We are a vibrant, fast-paced bistro known for fresh, seasonal dishes served in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Our focus is on high-quality ingredients, creative menus, and outstanding service, all enjoyed with beautiful waterfront views. Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-standard dishes, ensuring smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods, and contributing to menu development with fresh ideas. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety regulations. Work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment. Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimizing waste. Collaborate with the Head Chef and team on new menu ideas and daily specials. Ensure consistent quality and portion control. Requirements: Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen (bistro/casual dining preferred). Strong culinary skills and a passion for fresh, seasonal cooking. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure. Relevant culinary qualifications (preferred but not essential). Pay: 15.00 - 17.00 per hour
