Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations to support the Company Directors in strategic decision-making. Oversee the Finance Team, providing leadership, guidance, and development. Responsibility for credit control, commission/fee reconciliations, and accurate reporting. Manage client invoicing, month-end reconciliations, and supplier payments. Develop and maintain business processes, accounting policies, and internal controls. About You: Minimum 2 years experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
