• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical)

• Ensure high operational standards across all technical services

• Identify and resolve faults efficiently to keep systems running smoothly

• Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and service agreements

• Provide technical support and collaborate with on-site teams

What We''re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Building Services Engineer (electrical or mechanical bias)

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant electrical or mechanical discipline (Essential)

• Strong working knowledge of building systems, HVAC, and compliance protocols

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
