Job Title: Master Technician

Location: Huntingdon
Hours: Mon to Fri 08:00-18:00 with 1 in 3 Saturdays
Salary: £45,000 with ote upto £65,000

Are you a highly skilled technician ready to take the lead in a dynamic and forward-thinking workshop? We are looking for a Qualified Master Technician to join our clients Aftersales Team and help drive excellence in service and repair.

Key Responsibilities

As a Master Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the workshop by:

• Leading and mentoring the Workshop Team, offering technical guidance and support.
• Advising on work priorities and promoting efficient, high-quality practices.
• Becoming a subject matter expert in your area through effective use of tools and resources.
• Driving a culture of quality and first-time fixes
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with quality standards.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

What we are looking for

• Relevant Master Technician qualification is essential
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
