With over 500 members and a steady stream of visitors, the Club offers enormous potential for a motivated Head Chef to develop an already successful catering operation.About the RoleYoull take the lead in delivering a wide range of catering services, from:Formal dinners and fine dining eventsMatch meals, society and corporate golf daysFunctions for up to 120 guestsDaily bar snacks and light meals, seven days a weekYoull also have the opportunity to increase revenue through member-focused events such as Sunday lunches, themed evenings, and BBQs on our scenic terrace.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards.Develop menus that balance creativity with cost efficiency.Oversee smooth kitchen operations, including stock control and ordering.Maintain exceptional food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.Collaborate with the Clubs management team to grow and enhance the catering offer.What Were Looking ForProven experience as a Chef, ideally in a similar hospitality or golf club setting.Knowledge of a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines.Strong leadership and teamwork skills.Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.A passion for delivering outstanding food with excellent presentation.Understanding of food hygiene and health and safety regulations.Culinary qualification or equivalent professional experience.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Supportive and collaborative working environment.Staff discounts on food.Pension plan.??
