Part-Time Administrator/Secretary 2 days per weekKenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a part-time Secretary on behalf of our client based in the Epsom area. We are seeking someone who has 5+ years Secretarial/Administration experience, looking to work for a local yet successful business and fulfil a varied role. The role is 2 full days per with a view to possibly increasing to 3 days. Please note the full-time salary is £30,000. The take home will be roughly £12,000 for 2 days and £18,000 for 3 days and is office based.Duties:Organise Directors diary and make appointmentsAct as point of contact on behalf of the director, screening calls handling enquiriesReception duties, meeting and greetingAssisting with general upkeep of the office, i.e. fetching milk or scanning etc. Someone whose willing just to get stuck in and help out where neededDrafting letters and emails, updating spreadsheets, filing etc.Preparing letters and chasing required documentsCommunicating with HMRCExperience:Previous office experience 5+ years ideallyHappy to muck in and just get stuck in with whatevers neededLive locally to Epsom and looking for part-time employmentExcellent communication skills is essentialGood IT skills and ability to pick up new skillsThis role is office based 2 days per week, there is parking and the role may increase to 3 days per week once settled.
