Position: Sales AdministratorLocation: Milton KeynesRate: 13-14 pph Working Hours:Monday to Thursday - 8:30am to 5:00pm with 45 mins unpaid lunchFriday - 8:30am to 4:00pm with 60 mins unpaid lunch(total hours per week is 37.5) Brief Job DescriptionProcessing sales orders; and arranging deliveriesLiaising with warehouse / branches as well as manufacturing plant in Japan for production lead-time and shipment schedulesHandling enquiries complaints and from UK distributors and OEM customers (Original Equipment Manufacturing) .Assisting Sales Engineers on quotation, stocktakes, administrative work like processing sales and provide information support.Admin and filingWe are looking for candidates who, ideally, coming from a smaller company background who can deal with a NON A to Z training structure and used to using all types of software with accurate typing skills and have to be able to use MS Excel.Experience in customer services/sales order processing is always good. Working under pressure and self-motivated is very important too.Can I stress that we required candidates that are attention to details, committed, self-motivate with good problem solving skill and with basic Maths knowledge.
