Job Title: Multi Trade Repairs and Maintenance Operative Job Location - OX18 Oxford Covering surrounding areas Gloucestershire / North Wiltshire (Field based) Salary - £32,500 - £34,500 (+ Company van and fuel card) per annum Contract type - Permanent Working hours - Full Time (39hours per week) About the role We are recruiting for a full time Multi Trade Repairs and Maintenance Operative to join our Trades team on a permanent basis. You will ensure properties are repaired and maintained to a high standard and will be responsible for carrying out repairs, improvements, surveys and measurements efficiently and economically in accordance with current working practices and all related health and safety legislation and good practice. By working in a professional, respectful and courteous manner you will deliver excellent customer service, objectives and achieve behaviour competences.
