This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about making a difference in the classroom.The Role:Provide support to teachers and pupils in a range of classroom settingsWork one-to-one or with small groups of students, including those with additional needsUse your Team Teach training to manage challenging behaviour effectively and safelyAssist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resourcesSupport the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)The Ideal Candidate Will Have:A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3 preferred)A current and valid Team Teach certificate (essential)Experience supporting pupils with SEMH, autism or challenging behaviourStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility and a proactive attitude to adapting to different school e
