Hexwired has partnered with a cutting edge RandD consultancy based in Cambridge, now looking for a senior RF design engineer to work on the firms next gen products. This is a senior RF design engineer role that will play a key role in designing, building and testing new RF based systems and products. The role provides the opportunity to use your technical skills to work with a team to follow exciting new ideas through from concept into reality. Key Skills: Must be eligible for UK SC clearance Good MEng in electronic engineering (or similar discipline). 6+ years post-graduate experience in designing RF-based circuits (e.g. for radios and/or radars). Experience developing products and modules from concept through to successful design verification. Good microwave, RF and analogue design and simulation skills. RF amplifier, filter and frequency synthesiser design. Advantageous but not essential: Radio and/or radar systems knowledge Team leadership and/or line management experience Digital circuit design skills Experience of mm-wave frequency design.
