Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of controls and automation projects, from design through commissioning and handoverAct as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal engineering teamsCoordinate controls system design, panel build, software development, site installation, and commissioning activitiesDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cash flowOversee change management, variations, and risk mitigationEnsure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety requirementsReview technical documentation including control strategies, I/O schedules, drawings, and software architectureSupport troubleshooting and technical decision-making during installation and commissioning phasesLead project meetings and provide clear progress reporting to stakeholders Required Experience and SkillsProven experience managing controls, BMS, PLC, or automation pr
