This hands-on role involves maintaining and repairing key machinery, ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the yards, and supporting daily operations in line with environmental and safety standards.If you are technically minded, safety-conscious, and comfortable working across two sites, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesEquipment Operation and MaintenanceOperate, inspect, and maintain machinery such as cardboard bailers, compactors, and mechanical waste bins.Manual Waste SortingSort and segregate waste materials by hand to ensure compliance with recycling protocols.Repairs and TroubleshootingIdentify mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs to reduce downtime.Site Cleanliness and ManagementKeep waste yards and surrounding areas clean, clear spillages, and transport or empty bins as needed.Health and Safety ComplianceWork in line with all site safety and environmental regulations; use PPE correctly and follow safe work procedures.Reporting and CommunicationLog maintenance issues and consumable usage; communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.Required Skills and QualificationsMechanical/Technical Skills: Comfortable operating and repair
