The team handles site agreements, contract management, governance, dispute resolution and risk management, and property acquisition, disposal and estate management.What you’ll do

You’ll lead on complex property litigation and regulatory issues, supporting the company''s Legal Property team and wider business functions. This includes managing significant disputes in various courts and tribunals, advising on health and safety incidents and compliance (e.g. Building Safety Act, ICNIRP), and navigating planning and public law challenges.Act as escalation point for high-value property litigation and site access disputesAdvise on regulatory matters including HandS, asbestos, fire safety, and telecoms complianceManage public law issues and planning enforcement, liaising with authoritiesDeliver concise, risk-based legal advice to stakeholdersDevelop legal workflows, training, and know-how resourcesOversee external legal suppliers, ensuring quality and valueProvide strategic support on governance, policy, and shareholder engagementWhat we’re looking for

Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales)Experience in property law and litigation (Landlord and Tenant Act 1954)Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage high-pressure caseloadsExcellent communication, organisational, and collaborative skillsEager to learn and lead in evolving legal areasNice to have

Telecoms property law and Electronic Communications Code knowledgeIn-house or portfolio litigation experienceFamiliarity with HandS, building and fire safety legislationUnderstanding of Ofcom, DSIT, and related regulatory bodiesSeniority level
