Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for a long-term opportunity in Medway£ We are seeking a reliable, consistent, and adaptable individual to join a forward-thinking secondaryschool in Rochester.

About the Role:

• Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects.
• Maintain excellent classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Engage and motivate students while following school policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Work closely with teaching staff to support student progress.

About You:

• Previous experience covering lessons across KS3 and KS4 is highly desirable.
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Local to Medway or willing to commute.
• Open to long-term contracts and committed to consistency in the role.
