We are seeking an experienced or trainee Contracts Manager - Electrical bias to join a long-established building services and refurbishment contractor operating across London and the South East. This role involves overseeing electrical and multi-trade projects, supporting clients, and managing small works and refurbishment projects from office-based planning to site delivery.A large proportion of the work will be managed from the company office in the South East, with additional projects across London and the surrounding area.Key Responsibilities: Planning, coordinating, and overseeing electrical and refurbishment projects Liaising with clients to understand requirements, provide quotations, and deliver solutions Managing and supporting tradespeople on site, providing guidance, technical advice, and supervision Producing project documentation, emails, and financial information using Word, Excel, and Outlook The ideal candidate will have a practical background in electrical or building trades, with experience in project or site management desirable but not essential. This role is suitable for someone looking to transition from site-based work into management.
