You will manage your own caseload from the outset, working on high-quality matters while being fully supported in your ongoing career development. This role would suit someone ambitious, commercially aware, and passionate about delivering constructive, modern family law solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage an existing caseload while actively developing new work and client relationships.Handle a broad mix of private family work including:Divorce and separationFinancial remedy mattersChildren mattersPre- and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreementsPromote non-court dispute resolution (NCDR) wherever possible; mediation or collaborative training ideal but not essential.Deliver exceptional levels of client care to high-net-worth and/or complex-needs clients.Provide supervision and guidance to junior team members as required.Work independently on your own matters and contribute within a collaborative team environment.Maintain excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail.Engage in business development initiatives to help drive growth.RequirementsQualified Solicitor or CILEX (2-5 PQE) with solid experience in family law.Resolution membership desirable.Strong working knowledge of private family law procedures and best practices.Confident communic
