This is a temporary-to-permanent position, ideal for experienced candidates seeking long-term employment with a supportive team.Your new role As a Tenancy Support Officer, you will play a vital role in managing and supporting our tenants, ensuring all housing management services are delivered to the highest standards. The area you will be covering consists of: Cheltenham, Gloucester, Worcester and South Wales. You will be visiting properties 4 days a week, with 1 day from home/ the office for administration. This is a full-time position, starting as a temporary worker with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. The ideal candidate would be seeking long-term employment.Key responsibilities include: Ensure all housing management functions are completed to a high standard, including voids, lettings paperwork, inspections, rent/service charge arrears resolution, tenancy breaches, and adherence to internal procedures. Assist with facilitating property access for contractors as needed. Conduct property move-in and move-out inspections. Complete Tenancy Outcome Stars for each client, providing quality, personalised support in coordination with the Care Provider.
