Tradewind Recruitment is working with a successful and inclusive secondary school in St Albans, currently seeking a Science Teacher to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis from September. This position is suitable for an experienced Science teacher or ECT who is passionate about delivering high-quality education to students at Key Stages 3 and 4.

Job Role Requirements:
* Deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Develop and adapt lesson plans that cater to a diverse student population.
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress effectively.
* Work collaboratively within a strong Science department.
* Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have relevant UK classroom experience.

Qualifications and Person Specification:
* QTS and a degree in a Science-related subject.
* Proven experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 in a secondary school setting.
* Strong subject knowledge and effective behaviour management skills.
* A commitment to high academic standards and continuous improvement.
* Ability to inspire, engage and challenge students of all abilities.
