Technical Delivery Lead (Integrations) at Clarion Housing Group Limited. This role focuses on ensuring the seamless movement of data and processes across our digital estate, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.Responsibilities

Help deliver integration projects that connect our systems in practical, well-defined ways, supporting internal teams and the delivery of essential customer-facing services.Apply excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, working effectively with technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of integration solutions that are robust and scalable.Be technically confident: understand integration architectures, guide delivery teams and architects, ask the right questions, and make informed decisions alongside engineers. Familiarity with Azure integration capabilities will help you contribute to technical discussions and planning.Collaborate to drive clarity, momentum, and alignment across diverse teams; problem-solve and navigate technical conversations while balancing delivery needs with the bigger business picture.Translate business needs into clear technical direction; ensure alignment and shared understanding; balance structure with flexibility to deliver real value through technology.Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Lead or Engineering Manager.Experience with integration projects and architectures; familiarity with Azure integration capabilities.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to operate without coding responsibility.Hybrid working and location

Hybrid role with base locations across England. The role offers flexible working arrangements and travel may be required across the region and to other Clarion offices as needed.Salary and benefits
