Job Title: Regional HSE Advisor Location: Kent / Guilford area Salary: 45,000 - 57,000 plus car / car allowance Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 37,5hrs a weekAbout the Role: We''re looking for a proactive and experienced Regional HSE Advisor to join a progressive, safety driven organisation. In this key role, you''ll ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards are upheld across multiple operational sites, acting as a trusted advisor to both management and site teams. You''ll provide hands on support, deliver training, and offer practical guidance to foster a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement. This role will cover sites across Kent and Guilford, so flexibility to travel within this region is essential. Regional HSE Advisor Responsibilities:Monitor housekeeping standards across the Contract, identify and implement improvement activitiesProvide COSHH assessments where required and ensure effectiveness of Supply Chain documentationEnsure that PPE is being used in accordance with requirementsEnsure that the CDM Regulations are applied where necessary to company StandardsReview and where necessary complete risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work The ideal Regional HSE Advisor will have / be:CDM and Hard FM experienceNEBOSHProven HSE Advisor experienceDriving licenseIOSH Desirable
