The role involves leading the delivery of projects and programmes supporting critical banking and financial systems. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of projects and programmes within the Finance Systems Solutions domain Coordinate delivery across multiple technology teams and domains Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards Remove delivery blockers and support Agile teams in achieving objectives Manage stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams Act as Project Manager for smaller internal initiatives when required Essential Skills and Experience Proven experience delivering technology projects across the full software development lifecycle Strong Delivery / Project / Programme Management experience Experience working within banking or financial services environments Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience managing budgets, resources, and third-party suppliers Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments Mandatory Requirements Active SC Clearance (must have worked in an SC-cleared role within
