We are looking for dependable and experienced L3/L4 staff that are not afraid to own problems/incidents and deliver solutions to issues. The Microsoft Support Engineer will be responsible for the following: Implementation and deployment, including Installing, configuring, and deploying Microsoft servers, clients, and related infrastructure, within on-premises environments. Troubleshooting and incident resolution, including Investigating, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues across various Microsoft products such as Skype, Exchange and SharePoint.Security and compliance, including support the deployment of security measures to protect the Microsoft product environment and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Documentation and knowledge transfer, including creating and maintaining documentation for the Microsoft environment and providing knowledge transfer to other support staff; and Collaboration and communication, including working with other members of the support team, resolver groups, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support to all Microsoft products including Skype services.
