Your new company Hays are recruiting for a permanent Corporate Receptionist and Team Administrator. This role will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role also manages administrative arrangements for employees, ensuring cost-effective and efficient solutions while maintaining compliance with company policies, based in central Manchester. Your new role Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.Post-room duties, scanning and filing.
