The company are situated in Sheffield and have won several awards for the work they do!In terms of the Print Finisher position, some of the duties and responsibilities you would have:To ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the Polar Guillotine.Reduction of machine down time for make-readies and breakdownsReduction of running times, while still ensuring quality, as measured against quoted targetsTo understand every job and follow lists to ensure all work completedTo finish every job within allocated time scales and to a high quality, ensuring quality file copies are separated and labelled on every jobTo box and label every job and prepare it for dispatchTo implement maintenance tasks to planTo be responsible for general cleanliness of the finishing department as a part of the daily routineTo liaise with the Finishing Supervisor to ensure work is completed as required.To comply with all Health and Safety and Quality and Environmental Management System policies and procedures adopted by the Company at all timesTo be well presented for work and conduct yourself in a professional and responsible manner at all timesTo fulfil the Company s requirements with regard to the Company s Management Information Systems at all timesTo follow all administrative procedures adopted by the Company at all timesUse proper manual handling practices
