They support adults living with the effects of an acquired brain injury or associated neurological conditions. Delivering short-term rehabilitation and cognitive support.To be successful in this role you will have:A recognised nursing or social care qualification and registration (as appropriate to the needs of the service).Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent as required for registration.Substantial experience in managing care teams / supervisory or management experience in a care environment.Strong people and communication skills with excellent customer service.
