Learning Support Assistant (SEN) - Immediate Start Are you a motivated, empathetic, and academically strong graduate looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children? We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive all-through school, working specifically with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a full-time, permanent role, term-time only, with a competitive salary of £518-£585 per week, starting after the Easter holidays. About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Work closely with SEN students to support learning and personal development. Deliver one-to-one or small group support, helping students engage with the curriculum. Assist teachers in preparing resources and adapting lessons to meet individual needs. Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and support goal-setting for students. Encourage confidence, resilience, and independence in learning. This role is ideal for a graduate who is patient, empathetic, proactive, and passionate about making a tangible difference in children''s education.
