Operations Care Manager

As the Operations Care Manager, you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service ensuring continued compliance with relevant legislation. Working in partnership with Managing Director/Registered Manager and with colleagues in the senior management team you will ensure the provision of a high-quality service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met in accordance with available resources. To work under the direction of the Managing Director/Registered Manager, to monitor service and supervise the work of the Care Team. To provide leadership for care service delivery of the company to ensure the provision of quality and economically sound services; Deputise for the Managing Director as required. To maximise the financial performance of the company whilst maintaining high standards of service delivery, in accordance with the legal and professional standards. To contribute to the strategic, operational and business development of the company. Work alongside the Managing Director in maximising utilisation of resources including training for all staff. To take responsibility for health and safety compliance and for compliance to internal and external audit standards.
