Are you a qualified Carpenter with multi-trade experience looking to work locally? If you hold an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry and have skills in UPVC, this could be a great opportunity to join a community-focused team.

You''ll be part of a repairs and maintenance division, working across tenanted, commercial, and void properties. The role includes:

• Carpentry and UPVC repairs/installations
• General maintenance and refurbishment
• Emergency call-outs and first-time fixes
• Use of IT systems for job tracking
• Collaboration with other trades

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry
• Experience in UPVC and at least one other trade (e.g., plumbing)
• Social housing or repairs experience preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• DBS check required
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
