As our Business Development Manager, you will drive growth by securing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships within the maritime defence sector. You will focus on developing new customer relationships across ships, submarines, and wider defence markets while ensuring the retention and expansion of existing accounts through effective account management. You will manage the full business development lifecycle—from lead generation and campaign planning through to solution development, proposal preparation, pitching, negotiation, and closing opportunities.
