CMA Recruitment Group is working exclusively with a growing and established organisation based in Southampton to recruit a Credit Controller on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This newly created role has been introduced to provide additional support to the Credit Control team, working within a friendly environment.

• Supporting the Credit Controller in managing, following up, and escalating outstanding debt.

• Carrying out day-to-day credit control tasks including payment processing, reminders, and chasing aged debt by phone and email.

• Liaising with internal teams to resolve queries.

• Handling ad-hoc administrative and credit control duties as required.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-first approach.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Comfortable using Excel (including pivot tables).

• Personable and adaptable, with a strong team ethic.

• 6-month fixed-term contract

• Fully office-based role in Southampton

• Free on-site parking
