This is a phone-based B2B telesales and lead generation role, contacting care home managers, owners and directors nationwide to book qualified appointments for the Business Development Manager.You will be promoting FREE NHS-funded services for care homes, alongside additional support including staff training, dementia-friendly signage, compliance reports and aftercare tools that support CQC compliance and improve resident wellbeing.This role suits someone with experience in telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting or lead generation, who is target-driven and motivated by earning strong commission while doing meaningful work.Key ResponsibilitiesMaking outbound B2B telesales calls to care homes across the UKSpeaking with Care Home Managers, Directors and OwnersClearly presenting NHS-funded support servicesBooking face-to-face and Teams appointments for the Business Development ManagerBuilding rapport and long-term relationships with care providersIdentifying care home needs, challenges and compliance requirementsAccurately logging calls, leads and outcomes on the CRM systemManaging follow-ups and progress
