Responsibilities of the Children''s Residential Worker:

As a Children''s Residential Worker, you will directly look after children and young people who have complex emotional and mental health needs due to trauma. You will be working within a therapeutic framework in order to provide the best level of care to the children in the residential home.

Requirements:

- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years experience working and supporting children and young people
