Compliance Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full-time Compliance Administrator to join a well-established and professional Law firm within a highly regarded organisation. This role is based at their Leamington Office and will provide vital administrative support to both the Managing Director and the Risk & Compliance Officer.
Due to the role requiring occasional travel to other locations Own Transport required.
Key Responsibilities: Support the firm''s compliance function by auditing. Assist with data compilation for standard file reviews and monitor completion of any follow-up actions. Record compliance breaches and maintain the risk register. Provide administrative support for external audits.
Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth compliance processes. General administrative duties in support of the compliance team and wider business.
Skills & Experience:
A person
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Calm, professional, and discreet, with excellent communication skills.

35 hour working week Monday to Friday.
