The successful candidate will join a high-profile, secure environment supporting critical infrastructure services in a key client-facing role. They will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent service delivery, stakeholder management, and account leadership skills. Acting as the primary point of contact for key customers, you will drive operational excellence, manage service performance, and help shape long-term account success. Responsibilities include: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor. Take ownership of the overall customer experience and service delivery performance. Lead regular service reviews, governance meetings, and operational reporting activities.
