Due to new sources of work, they are now undergoing a large period of growth and transformation and consequently are looking to recruit a number of additional fee earners / lawyers / solicitors / legal executives. The office is based in West Yorkshire, but they have a very flexible working model and will consider hybrid and remote working for the right individual

The roles will involve managing a specialist caseload, made up of both pre and post litigated, industrial disease claims as well as supporting on more complex and higher value cases.andnbsp;

You will be expected to run the caseload from start to finish, whilst also providing a positive influence to the firm. Due to the period of growth, there are long term development opportunities for the right individuals, and it''s a very exciting time to be joining the business.andnbsp;

The ideal candidate will have a number of years'' experience of either personal injury or industrial disease, provide a high-level service and understand the litigation process. They are happy to look at both qualified solicitors, as well as non - qualified fee earners provided they can demonstrate the necessary experience and capabilities.
