This position is initially a 6 month FTC with the view to extension or being made permanent. The position reports directly to the Head Of Finance and would be responsible for both internal and external reporting requirements. As the Head of Group reporting you will be responsible for Audit, Vat and Tax matters and ensure robust financial control framework and systems are in place and documented. The Head of Group Reporting will be a qualified individual, technically outstanding with proven experience of group consolidations and acquisition accounting. - Preparation and group consolidation and consolidated financial statements for audit. - Preparation of other audit opinion subsidiary company financial statements. - Preparation of non-audit opinion subsidiary company financial statements. - Responsible for ensuring all HMRC and foreign taxes are filed and paid on time.
