Our client, a well-established and rapidly expanding commercial window cleaning and exterior restoration business, is currently seeking a full-time Commercial Window andamp; Exterior Cleaner to join their professional team.

What''s on Offer

• £27,000 - £32,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
• £650 joining bonus following successful completion of probation
• Monthly performance bonus - up to 15% additional earnings
• Paid overtime, including Saturdays

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 16:00
• Overtime and occasional weekend work available

Key Responsibilities

• Internal and external window cleaning
• Operating reach andamp; wash systems, ladders, and MEWPs
• Carrying out pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and graffiti removal
• Working safely at height in line with regulations
• Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site

Candidate Requirements

• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
• Own vehicle required - travel to and between sites is necessary
• Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or working at height is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work effectively within a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
