They have recently secured a 18m new build prime residential project incorporating 2 storey basement, RC frame construction with very expensive finishes in Hampstead Heath. They are therefore keen to secure the services of an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor The Successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be site undertaking responsibilities which will include: Management of subcontract accounts. Negotiation of sub-contract terms and conditions. Monthly valuations Profit planning. Identification and valuation of variations. Claims notification and generation. Adjudication referrals. Detailed monthly cost / value reporting. Final Account settlement Responsibilities for managing and mentoring junior colleagues.
