Apex Resources Limited are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in West Lothian What we offer: Contract Rate: £16 per hour Ad-hoc shifts (frequent) Daytime shifts between 06:30 - 19:30 A supportive and professional kitchen environment Opportunity to work with fresh ingredients and a well-organised team Key responsibilities: Running your section efficiently during service Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health and safety standards Supporting junior kitchen staff when required Assisting with stock control and minimising waste What we re looking for: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up Passion for quality food and consistency Ability to work well under pressure Strong teamwork and communication skills If you re a dedicated chef looking for a stable role with great hours and competitive pay, we d love to hear from you.
