Location: Mildenhall, Suffolk | Full-Time | Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

Are you an experienced engineering professional ready to take the lead on new product launches? A growing and ambitious engineering business in Mildenhall, Suffolk is looking for a talented New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager to oversee the end-to-end development and delivery of new projects. This is a pivotal role where you\''ll manage cross-functional teams, liaise with key customers and suppliers, and ensure new products are developed efficiently and integrated seamlessly into production.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of new project development, including feasibility reviews, tooling design and manufacture, assembly development and validation, and handover to production.

Oversee CMM measurements and PPAP documentation preparation.

Coordinate communication with internal teams and customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Work closely with suppliers to meet technical and timeline objectives.

Provide design and manufacturing support to customers during development.

What You''ll Bring to the Team

Required:

3+ years\'' experience in an engineering or fabrication environment.

Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Proactive mindset and ability to implement best practices.

Preferred:

Experience operating CMM equipment.

3D CAD experience or qualifications.

Familiarity with PFMEA, DFMEA, and control plans.

Previous involvement in APQP/PPAP projects.
