Working in the Pineapple restaurant, outdoor dining domes or small private event areas you will help maximise revenue through first class service and establishing rapport with the guests.Joining the dedicated Food and Beverage department, you will:Manage the team to ensure customer service standards are met and customer enquiries are dealt withThis is a vital role in the function of the hotel and ultimately the service provided to our guests enhances their stay.
