Position; Quality Technician / Inspector (Shifts) Location; Hengoed, South WalesSalary; 26,000 - 27,500 per year Principle Accountabilities: The role will initially largely revolve around learning the new product and quality control measures required for this product introduction. The role will thereafter rotate between different product areas. Maintain quality requirements through ensuring all production is to the standard of the customer drawings and internal instructions Audit product quality on shop floor Ensure all Quality paperwork and samples are present and signed off by relevant parties Complete hourly, 2 hourly or any specific timed visual, fit and dimensional checks on all components and record results for production, sample parts and processes. Background:A background in quality will be needed for this role.CMM experience is preferred but not mandatory.Preferred is a background in injection moulding however this is not mandatory.As a minimum; attention to detail, communication skills, work with numbers and computers.
