What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:

• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Supporting students individually or in small groups to boost understanding and confidence.
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
• Assisting with lesson prep and classroom organisation to ensure smooth delivery.
• Encouraging students to stay motivated, focused, and involved in their learning.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
• A proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude.
• Some experience working with children is beneficial but not essential.
• A willingness to learn and grow within the role and wider education sector.
